Oil on canvas, 20 x 16This painting was on display as part of the "Wounded in Action", an Art Exhibit of Orthopaedic Advancements, in New Orleans, LA. The painting was then exhibited at the University of Maryland - Baltimore between Memorial and Veterans Day 2010.

This drawing was awarded first place in the Professional Graphics division at the 2008 Collin County Art Show.
"Upon Hallowed Ground" was created from photographs I took while visiting the Antietam Battlefield National Park. This chapel, named Dalgren's Chapel, was errected in 1880 to commemorate the fallen on both sides of the battle. It is a sacred and beautiful place.
